The location was unbeatable and excellent, really close to main eateries, the center, and the bar/restaurant, in a shopping area. Furthermore, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Rotorua District Council😃

we enjoyed rooms with incredibly comfortable bed. there were a mini fridge bar, coffee/tea makers and a writing table provided. location: the hotel was just next door to the restaurants, main eateries and lakefront, and the pullman.

Brand-new hotel in a lovely area not far from a park right across the road, all the restaurants in the middle of town and a bus stop. The rooms with good view, the bathroom. With tea/coffee making equipment and glassware.
